About Us
Spinea, a quiet town located in the Metropolitan City of Venice, is only 20 minutes by car/bus from Piazzale Roma (Venice). The bus stop is a 5-minute walk from Casa del Vigneto.
A 6-minute drive takes you to the Spinea metro (free parking) which takes you directly to the Santa Lucia station in VENICE (runs every 30 minutes).

After check-in our guests will be in complete freedom in their privacy and for any need or information we will be reachable by cell phone (the host lives in the house next door).

It is necessary to climb some stairs (1st floor apartment) - external ramp (see photo)
A valid identity document (identity card or passport) is required at check-in.
In the case of self check-in, the copy of the document must be sent via email/sms or WhatsApp within 24 hours of arrival. Only after sending the photo of the documents will the code to open the mini safe containing the key to the apartment be communicated.
